Rainbow Behavioural Therapies provides training, supervision & exam support to individuals striving towards accreditation of RBT, BCaBA & BCBA as well as working towards PBS qualifications and those implementing behavioural science generally.
What is Supervision?
Supervision is an integral part of certification requirements for BCBA/BCaBA/RBT and some PBS qualifications (see BACB Supervision standards at https://www.bacb.com/wp-content/uploads/BACB_Experience-Standards_200501.pdf).
Supervision provides opportunity for discussion, problem solving and practicing skills in a supportive environment to help aspiring professionals reach and maintain their highest potential.
Supervision is an on-going process of support, advice and feedback to help gain knowledge, competency and apply behavioural principles appropriately and ethically in various clinical work settings.
Who will supervise me?
Rainbow Behavioural Therapies is very proud to have three Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs) qualified and enthusiastic to deliver supervision.
Our BCBAs have a wide range of specialisms including; ABA Therapy/Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) with children and adults, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Organisational Behaviour Management (OBM).
You will be paired with the BCBA who is best suited to your work place role, personal and professional interests and your supervision requirements.
